Nature Nurtures

Industrial Oil
Most oils on the market are produced using fast industrial systems designed for maximum yield. Speed increases friction, and friction naturally raises temperature during pressing. At Nature Nurtures we do the opposite. Our oils are pressed slowly from raw nuts and seeds using our Caprolon PRESS™ Barrel Method, with temperature carefully kept below 30°C. This gentle process helps preserve natural flavor, nutrients, and the character of the seeds. The result is oil that stays closer to the way nature created it... pure, aromatic, and crafted in small batches in Seattle.

Every bottle begins with carefully selected nuts and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sesame, hemp, and many others are chosen for their quality and natural character. Good oil always starts with good seeds.

In the end everything leads to the table. Our oils and nut butters are made to bring simple food to life, whether drizzled over salads, blended into warm dishes, or shared with the people you love.

Limited Edition Red Walnut Collection | Nature Nurtures
The Red Walnut Collection is a rare limited release, crafted in small batches from hand selected red walnuts. Known for their deep ruby color and naturally smooth flavor, red walnuts carry the earthy richness of traditional walnuts with a gentle natural sweetness that makes them unforgettable.
Each bottle of red walnut oil is raw first cold pressed in Seattle using our Caprolon press barrel method. No heat, no solvents, no shortcuts. The result is a golden red oil rich in omega 3, vitamin E, and antioxidants that keep their delicate character alive. Drizzle it over fresh greens, roasted vegetables, or warm sourdough and you will taste something both refined and rustic at once.
Each jar of red walnut butter is stone ground until silky smooth. Nothing added, nothing taken away. Just the raw nut, ground slowly to preserve its creamy texture and bold yet balanced taste. Spread it on toast, stir it into oatmeal, or enjoy it by the spoonful. It feels like a small moment of luxury you can hold in your hands.
Because this is a limited harvest, every bottle and every jar is special. The Red Walnut Collection is more than food. It is a keepsake of flavor and craft, a gift for people who cherish rare and meaningful things.

OUR STORY
The warmth of tradition in every drop.
Nature Nurtures began with a simple belief: real food takes time. Seeds and nuts should be handled with care, not rushed through high temperatures and industrial processing.
In our Seattle workshop, we slowly press oils at low temperatures and stone grind nut butters and tahini in small batches. This slow work keeps the natural flavor, texture, and character of the seed alive.
No sugar. No palm oil. No additives. Just seeds, nuts, pressure, stone, and patience.
We make real food, made slowly, the way it used to be made.
From our Seattle workshop to your table.
